EMEA Recruitment is delighted to partner exclusively with a global market leader in the apparel industry, in its search for a Senior Accounts Services Manager.

Senior Accounts Services Manager – Exclusive, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

As a Senior Accounts Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by creating and taking ownership of key service SLA’s and KPI’s to ensure a fantastic customer experience.

There will also be great exposure to key stakeholders within the business both locally and globally to support career growth while creating a great internal team culture.

Primary duties of the Senior Accounts Services Manager include:

• Managing the order to cash process for the region business
• Support of direct reports with orderbook management processes
• Implement and take ownership of strategies for operations and process optimisation
• Cross-functional operations on key deliverables for service areas
• Drive alignment within the business on strategic incentives and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with other supply chain departments to support key customers

Skills and experience required:

• 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain
• 10+ years’ experience of team management
• Very strong stakeholder management skills
• Passionate about people with a strong instinct to advocate for staff
• Deep understanding of process improvement and project management
