Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a group level Senior Treasurer to join a holdings company with a family feel culture.

You will be reporting to the Treasurer, based in the company’s headquarters in Amsterdam.

Senior Treasurer – Exclusive, Amsterdam, Noord Holland, Netherlands

Responsibilities of the Senior Treasurer:

• Support and manage projects aimed at improving the centralisation of Treasury processes 
• Assist with new or maturing credit facility agreements with banks concerning credit lines, term loans, overdraft rates, deposit and interest rates
• Support with hedge accounting - mark to market valuation of swaps or bonds for accounting
• Treasury legal - manage all banking documentation relating to ISDA, legal structures, KYC, MIFID, FATCA, EMIR
• Collaborate very closely within the Treasury department and with internal departments (Accounting, Legal Counsel, Investor Relations) 

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Economics or recognized professional Treasury qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in corporate Treasury solutions
• Experience in the banking industry is a plus
• Experience with international companies

Languages:

• Fluent English
