EMEA Recruitment is working with a leading chemical manufacturing company, which is looking for an energetic HR Business Partner to provide strategic and Human Resources operational support to business leaders and managers.

HR Business Partner - Amsterdam, Noord Holland, Netherlands

Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner include:

• Assist in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities of talent assessment and talent development
• Drive talent management by implementing talent and talent succession plans
• Lead?£?on the strategic planning on change initiatives
• Managing talent development and acquisition, inclusion labour and employee relations, compensation, and worker’s compensation and benefits
• Developing tools for individual performance metrics

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related area
• Human Resources experience as HR Advisor, HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
