HR Manager

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a leading medical equipment manufacturing company, which is looking for an HR Manager.

Based in its Amsterdam office, you will assist all managers, business leaders and employees with HR operations, be an HR Business partner to multiple business leaders, and function as the global HR interlock and program manager for the Amsterdam office.

HR Manager - Sloterdijk / Amsterdam, Noord Holland, Netherlands

The HR Manager position will report to the Western Europe HR Director, with a dotted line of responsibility to the Regional Managing Director.

Responsibilities of the HR Manager role include:

• Assisting and coaching senior business leaders, providing proactive HR management advice
• Responsibility for the full HR employee lifecycle
• Enforce company polices, and ensure all HR policies, processes and procedures comply with current legislation
• Coordinate employee communications and support the Netherlands business Managing Director
• Interact with regional and global HR teams, and manage and assist with HR projects
• Drive projects and programs on employee engagement, culture and values within the organisation
• Providing HR guidance where appropriate

Experience required:

• 12+ years of HR experience overall, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• HR generalist and expat knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, knowledge of Human Resources software applications
• Fluent in Dutch and English
