Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is very excited to exclusively be working with a large international content producer and distributor, within the Media production industry.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they are expanding their existing HR tool, Workday, including payroll integrations.

They are seeking an energetic and experienced (Workday) HRIS officer to support them during this final phase of the roll-out; you’ll then support the business thereafter.

You will have the opportunity to grow the HRIS function further and build on a world class HR team, as well as work with HR leaders around the world and functional owners to ensure the systems are tailored to the business needs.

HRIS Officer – Exclusive, Amsterdam, Netherlands

Responsibilities of the HRIS Officer include:

• Assisting in global data collection and testing of new functionality/integrations
• Taking a strategic outlook on usage optimisation of global tools
• KPI’s and data analytics reporting
• Building and maintaining user manuals

Experience Required:

• 4 years + Super user of Workday (backend)
• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Information Systems, or similar
• Fluency in English
• Excellent Excel skills
