Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is currently looking for an Interim SuccessFactors Expert on behalf of a global business, based in Amsterdam, as it embarks on a significant period of digital transformation.

Part of this change project will be the transition to SuccessFactors HRIS. You will join the project team responsible for all work associated with the design, build, test and implementation of changes in various modules of the system.

The interim assignments are for c.15 months, will be paid on an hourly rate basis and the company offers a hybrid working arrangement when COVID allows.

Responsibilities of the Interim SuccessFactors Expert:

  • Work with the CofEs to translate HR policies and processes into solutions for the implementation of SuccessFactors
  • Operate as a subject matter expert for a number of modules within the system, offering user support to stakeholders across the global organisation - modules include: Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, Work Zone, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Succession Planning, On-Boarding, Workforce Analytics
  • Manage changes within the system during release and updates, performing impact assessments, and updating process maps and related documentation
  • Define and implement system improvement projects in collaboration with CofEs, and recommend enhancements based on the needs of the business
  • Provide training to regional Human Resources hubs when new people are onboarded, as well as assisting existing SMEs

 

Experience required:

  • Experience working as part of a global implementation of SuccessFactors
  • Practical knowledge of end-to-end processes design and execution of SuccessFactors modules
  • Expertise across at least two different modules outlined in the responsibilities above
  • Ability to translate strategic initiatives into practical HR solutions and processes
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical, with strong problem-solving capability
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent in English
