EMEA Recruitment is pleased to be exclusively working with a leading digital graphics media company, which is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team.

 

Our client is an expert in printing high-quality, personalised digital graphics media and is seeking a People Partner to join a high performing, fun and developing People team that is on a mission to establish an environment where people can grow and develop in their careers.

 

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Exclusive, Amsterdam, Noord Holland, Netherlands

 

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will conduct end-to-end recruitment for the UK, NL and ES markets.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will recruit for Commercial and Operational hires, by sourcing, attracting, and onboarding the best talent into your teams.

Key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting, including taking job briefings, advertising, sourcing and managing candidates through the interview process, and negotiating offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to educate them of market conditions, and help shape and drive recruitment strategies
  • Actively source candidates for your open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards – you’ll manage 5+ roles at any given time and in different countries
  • Build a talent pipeline, as well as engage with talent externally across social media sites
  • Advise and coach hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices

 

Qualifications/requirements:

  • Experience recruiting Commercial and Operations professionals
  • Knowledge of the Dutch recruitment market (UK and Spanish market knowledge is an advantage)
  • Experience in active sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean searches
  • Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
