Recruiter - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a growing manufacturing organisation as they embark on a period of exciting transformation and are looking to add an additional Recruiter to their HR team.

This role will manage the full recruitment cycle for a wide range of roles including technical and corporate positions and will deal with stakeholders around the world.

The culture is open and fast-paced, and would suit someone who enjoys working in an international environment and likes to recruit for a variety of different roles.

Recruiter - Exclusive, Amsterdam, Netherlands

Duties of the Recruiter include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their current and future hiring needs
• Advertising job roles and screening the response
• Sourcing for potential candidates using a range of tools and techniques
• Interview candidates to assess suitability
• Presenting shortlists to hiring managers
• Arranging the interview and selection process
• Providing feedback to candidates and managing the offer process

Experience required:

• 3+ years of experience within Recruitment (agency or inhouse)
• Ideally exposure to international environment
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Strong interviewing skills
• Data driven and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
