Job Description

We are pleased to be working with an international real estate company, which is searching for a Recruiter.

This is a part-time position of three-and-a-half or four days a week - hybrid working is considered.

Our client is one of Europe’s largest listed real estate companies, with an HQ in Amsterdam, and focuses on commercial real estate investments in the Netherlands.

You will report directly to the HR Manager.

You will be responsible for recruiting across specialisms such as Corporate, Legal and Tech.

We’re looking for someone with experience in 270 recruitment, with knowledge of the current candidate market

Key responsibilities of the Recruiter position:

• The assessing of candidates to ensure a skills compatibility match to internal positions
• Actively searching and approaching candidates
• Ensure candidate qualification, cultural fit and compatibility
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
• Employer branding - profiling as a good employer, creating an attractive workplace, and retention and engagement of current employees
• Ensure a positive and surprising candidate experience

Qualifications/requirements:

• 4 + years’ experience in Recruitment
• Demonstrated knowledge of use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other job board platforms, plus headhunting
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English
