EMEA Recruitment is delighted to be partnered with a market leader in the oil and gas industry. With a big focus on sustainability in their industry, they are searching for a Contracts and Procurement Specialist.

Contracts and Procurement Specialist, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

As a Contracts and Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of Procurement activities such as sourcing strategies, management of RFQ’s and commercial and contractual negotiation.

Primary duties of the Contracts and Procurement Specialist:

• Define procurement strategies
• Manage RFQ’s through clarification, tender evaluation and negotiations
• Drafting of contracts through a wide range of transactions at local and international level
• Control the PO process throughout
• Support with the sourcing and qualification of new suppliers along with negotiations of terms & conditions

Skills and experience required:

• 5+ years’ experience in contracts and procurement within oil and gas industry
• SAP experience – MM with standard a plus
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of contracts and tender process
• Fluent English and French (business proficiency)
