AR Specialist

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are currently looking for an AR Specialist on behalf our client, a manufacturing company, based in the Leiden Area.

As AR Specialist, you will work closely with the sales administration and sales department to resolve credit issues. 

The ideal AR Specialist must be able to work in a team and have a good understanding of debt collection.

AR Specialist, Leiden Area, Netherlands

Responsibilities of the AR Specialist:

• Overseeing customer credit situations, as well as maintaining credit limits in SAP
• Tracking and dealing with customer payment queries to ensure timely payments
• Remittance allocation and receipts
• Debt collection via telephone, email and letter whilst maintain a record
• Dealing with client and internal enquiries
• Providing ad-hoc reporting to management
• Reconciliation monthly
• Ad-hoc duties will be delegated by the CFO or Finance Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Credit control or collection
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Experience in SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office
