Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with our client, a global oil and gas organisation, seeking to hire a Billing Administrator to assist the expansion in the team.

Responsibilities of the Billing Administrator

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:?£? 

  • Processing sales invoices and credit notes
  • Issuing intercompany invoices
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Organizing and archiving documents
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of month-end process
  • Managing office mails
  • Assisting in a variety of other financial tasks
  • Coordinating special or ad-hoc projects as needed


Experience required

  • MBO level in a Finance-related study (obtained by education and/or experience)
  • Previous experience within a relevant Finance Administration role
  • Proven time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to set priorities, while maintaining flexible and customer-oriented attitude, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with others and independently, without supervision
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
