Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a consumer goods manufacturing company, which is looking for an HR Administrator to support the HR Director in managing the day-to-day operational Human Resources duties within the Benelux business.


This is a part-time role, working 24 hours split over 4-5 days.


The HR Administrator will report directly to the HR Director for EMEA.


This is an exciting position for a HR professional who has experience in working in a HR Generalist role to act as a local HR Business Partner to the HR Director and to have the opportunity to get involved in the wider HR projects.

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:

  • Management and maintenance of all key HR administration duties
  • Providing business leaders and associates with professional, proactive support
  • Managing and maintenance of all recruitment and offboarding
  • Coaching line managers on people management issues
  • Advising line managers, business leaders and associates on statutory compliance and HR best practice
  • Supporting on key projects in line with the HR strategy

Experience required:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a mid-level Generalist HR role
  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • Good administration experience
  • Experience of working in an international environment would be advantageous
