EMEA Recruitment is partnering with an international business based in Hoofddorp as it looks to recruit an HR Generalist to join its Human Resources team.
In this role, you will assist managers and employees with a full range of HR tasks, including recruitment and working with Payroll to ensure accurate payments to employees.

The HR function is still evolving, so there is a good opportunity to bring new ideas and suggestions around process improvements and to make an impact on the function.
Duties of the HR Generalist include:
- Act as first point of contact in the HR team for managers and employees
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, and conduct exit interviews
- Assist manager with performance management cycle and compensation reviews
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and in line with labor law
- Execute all operational and administrative HR tasks
- Undertake HR projects
- Support with the development of HRIS
Experience required:
- Proven experience in an operational HR role, ideally in an international business
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems
- Strong communicator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Goal-orientated
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in English
