Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working with a specialised medical equipment manufacturing company, which is looking for its next HR Manager for the Benelux region.

The HR Manager will report to the Benelux Managing Director and the HR Director for Global Sales.

HR Manager - Zuid Holland, Netherlands

In this role, you will be part of an entrepreneurial, informal yet driven work environment, where international teams collaborate to continuously grow and develop the business.

Responsibilities of the HR Manager role include:

• Project manage the delivery of the local Human Resources annual cycle
• Responsible for local HR policies and compliance to global and local standards
• Be a point of contact for employees and leaders across Benelux on HR-related queries
• Owning the recruitment process
• Design development and succession plans for key talent and positions
• Ensure key HR administrative processes in place

Experience required:

• 3+ years’ experience within a generalist HR Manager or equivalent role
• Proficient knowledge in Dutch labor law and managing employee relations cases
• End-to-end recruitment and knowledge on the current labour market
• Fluent in Dutch and English
