EMEA Recruitment are pleased to be exclusively working with a leading digital graphics media company, who are currently looking for a People Partner to join their team.

My client are experts in printing high-quality personalised digital graphics media and are seeking a People Partner to join a high performing, fun and developing People Team that is on a mission to establish an environment where people can grow and develop in their careers.

In this role as the People Partner, you will be the sparring partner for the Customer Care team and the manufacturing plant. You will be partially responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the People policy and People practices of the organistion.

People Partner - Exclusive, The Hague, Zuid Holland

Key responsibilities of the People Partner include:

• Define and guide HR projects aligned to the People strategy & lead on people practices & initiatives
• Provide advice, guidance and support to managers in developing, documenting and communicating for all HR related queries
• You act as a coach and sparring partner for Customer Care and Plant and People Team management and colleagues
• You deliver complex analyses of HR data, identifying key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in HR
• 4+ years’ HR experience
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch (labor) law
• Fluent in Dutch & English
