The Executive Recruiter will report directly to the Global Head of Executive Recruitment, offering exposure to senior stakeholders in the business. This position will give you the opportunity to excel your career within Talent Acquisition and work within a dynamic, convivial environment.
Executive Recruiter, Leiden, Zuid Holland, Netherlands
Responsibilities of the Executive Recruiter include:
- Partner with executive stakeholders to understand their hiring needs
- Compile and execute a targeted search of the candidate market and competitors
- Conduct candidate screening and assess suitability for executive roles, ensuring qualification match, cultural fit and job compatibility
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and provide detailed profile summaries
- Follow up with executive stakeholders and manage interview process arrangements
- Proactively build an executive talent pool
Experience required:
- Previous experience in executive recruitment for a large, international organisation
- Confident in managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Advanced skills sourcing candidates through a range of different channels
- Strong knowledge of innovative sourcing tools and building talent pools
- Good understanding of recruitment systems and technology
- Fluent in English
