International Payroll Specialist

Job Description

Our international manufacturing client is looking for an International Payroll Specialist to join their team in Limburg, Netherlands on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

As International Payroll Specialist, you will join their HR team of 4 in their HR Service Centre.

You will report directly to the Team Leader and be part of a team who are continually developing and currently optimising their HR systems through SAP SuccessFactors.

The International Payroll Specialist role will suit someone with 2-3 years’ experience looking for a new challenge.

This role offers a lot of independence with the opportunity to further develop your talent.

They run a hybrid working model of 2 set days in the office, with your choice for the remaining 3.

Your responsibilities as the International Payroll Specialist will include, but are not limited to:

• Completion of a global payroll administration in collaboration with external partners
• Processing changes across multiple payroll systems in a timely manner
• Answering all employees’ payroll-related questions, including international
• Work with Finance and HR teams to ensure a streamlined payroll process
• Understand and execute all regulations relating to payroll
• Be the point of contact between SAP SuccessFactors, external partners and the IT department

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience working in a Dutch Payroll function
• Excellent English language skills – both spoken and written
• International payroll experience would be a big advantage
• Dutch language would be beneficial
• Willingness to learn Dutch as a minimum
