EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a growing business in the entertainment industry, in its search for a HR Advisor.
As the business grows it is looking to professionalise the HR function which will allow the organisation to expand further whilst still retaining the family culture that makes it a great place to work.
This is a newly created position for the organisation. In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders, supporting them on a wide range of HR related issues.
The business leaders are very open to new ideas, so this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
HR Advisor, Limburg, Netherlands
Duties of the HR Advisor include:
- Work as a sparring partner to managers and leaders across the business
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are being followed correctly
- Conduct discussions with employees relating to absenteeism and disciplinary procedures
- Develop and improve HR procedures
- Keep managers up to date with changes in labor law
- Offer guidance to managers regarding effective performance management
Experience required:
- HR Generalist/HR Advisor experience gained in a fast-moving environment
- Good knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Able to take ownership and work independently
- Proactive approach
- Excellent communicator
- Fluent in English and Dutch
