EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a market leader in the entertainment industry, in its search for a HR Manager.
This role will lead a growing HR team and support the business as it expands into new international markets, as well as offering the opportunity to shape the HR strategy.
You will work as a sparring partner to the senior leadership team, ensuring the business has the HR foundation in place that will support this exciting period of growth.
HR Manager, Limburg, Netherlands
Duties of the HR Manager include:
- Lead a HR team including HR Advisor, Recruiter and HR/Payroll Admin
- Develop efficient HR processes, ensuring HR framework is in place
- Manage HR projects including setting up of new payroll system and selection of payroll providers
- Gain an understanding of labor law in new markets to ensure the business is compliant
- Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relation issues
- Introduce modern HR tools that will allow the business to evolve
Experience required:
- HR Management experience in a dynamic, multisite environment
- Able to balance strategic and tactical HR
- Ideally team management experience
- Good knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Business savvy and demonstrates commercial acumen
- Fluent in English and Dutch
