Recruiter - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a market leader in the entertainment industry, in its search for a Recruiter.

The business was established 70 years ago and is now going through a period of growth whilst keeping the family feel and culture that makes it such a great place to work.

This is a newly created position for the organisation and will play a critical role in their ambitious growth plans. You will therefore have the opportunity to develop their approach to recruitment, ensuring a great candidate experience.

The business is looking to recruit 2 x Recruiters, one will be aligned to corporate functions and the other to field based roles.

Recruiter – Exclusive, Limburg, Netherlands

Duties of the Recruiter include:

• Develop and implement new recruitment processes and procedures
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their future recruitment needs
• Support with the creation of job descriptions
• Proactively source for roles and conduct first stage screening conversations
• Present strong shortlists to hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and ensure feedback is taken from candidates
• Manage the offer process

Experience required:

• Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Good understanding of effective recruitment processes
• Great sourcing skills
• Strong stakeholder manager
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
