Procurement and Logistics Manager - Exclusive, Limburg, Netherlands.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager with a proven track record of driving cost-saving and stakeholder relationships.

The Procurement and Logistics Manager has final responsibility for the entire logistics process, and the purchase of group products and games, while also managing a team of six to ten Logistics Operatives.

Key accountabilities:

• Manage department and supplier KPIs, ongoing stakeholder management, and de-escalation of complaints and ongoing supply chain issues
• Prepare and manage logistics tender processes from start to finish
• Managing team - coaching and motivation, conducting assessment and performance reviews
• Process management, conducting (weekly) schedules, stock management, and ongoing training for the team

Required skills, experience and abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a similar field relative to experience
• 5+ years of proven work experience in an operational role within Freight Forwarding and Logistics Sourcing
• Fluent in Dutch, written and spoken
• English Level C1/C2
