FP&A Business Partner

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are pleased to be working with our client, a market leader in manufacturing based in North Brabant, in their search for an FP&A Business Partner.

As an FP&A Business Partner, you will work in partnership with the commercial non-finance team as well as the executive team to ensure you provide data that will drive productivity, effectiveness, and performance.

The main responsibilities for the FP&A Business Partner will include:

• Producing and providing insight to the sales management and leadership teams
• Developing and executing initiatives designed for the optimisation of the sales team’s efficiency and productivity
• Working closely with country sales managers with regular business reviews and making recommendations
• Performing sales and productivity analysis
• Understanding business data and communicating with stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors in Statistics, Analytics, Math, Finance, Economics
• Salesforce, analytics, or sales cloud consulting experience preferred
• 2+ years of analytics experience
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools advantageous
• Expert Excel skills (pivot tables, Lookup functions, conditional statements, charts, tables) essential
• Fluent English
