Job Description

Our client, an international and dynamic manufacturing business in the food sector, is seeking to appoint an SSC Team Lead Continuous Improvement and RPA to join its team in the Tilburg area.

 

In this role, you will be responsible to design, build and implement a framework that supports continuous process improvement in the shared service center environment.

 

The initial focus will be on quality management, such as process documentation and KPI design, which will allow the other SSC Team Leads to measure effectively the process performance.

 

The successful SSC Team Lead will report into the SSC Manager. The role requires close collaboration with the SSC Team Leads and Head of Transactional Processing that work on central and local SSC processes.

SSC Team Lead Continuous Improvement and RPA, Tilburg Area, Netherlands

 

Duties of the SSC Team Lead Continuous Improvement and RPA:

  • Managing the daily activities of the CI/RPA team
  • Motivate and stimulate the CI/RPA team in driving standardization and automation in line with the Sunrise objectives and the SSC mission and strategy
  • Communicate proactively with all relevant stakeholders
  • Design, build and implement a quality framework that supports continuous process improvement management in the shared service center environment
  • Collaborate with the SSC Team Leads and supervisors for the O2C, P2P, Cash Management and R2R process streams to develop effective KPIs to measure process performance and efficiency
  • Develop KPI reporting tools based on SAP and ERP data sources
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and/or across sites, where applicable, to drive process improvements for the business that improve the performance and efficiency of the SSC

 

Essential requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accountancy
  • 7+ years of specific professional experience in Finance and Quality Management
  • Strong experience in Change and Project Management and Process Improvement
  • Solid understanding of executing business processes with ERP systems
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP FI, MS Office and BI tools
  • English language skills oral and written required, German is preferred
  • Strong analytical, numeric and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough, structured and independent working method
