EMEA Recruitment is proud to be working with a global transportation, logistics, supply chain and storage company, which is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Benelux and UK cluster.


The HR Business Partner will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.


This is an exciting time to join the company, as the NL and UK entities are currently going through an acquisition. The business is seeking an HR Business Partner who can assist in the transition and growth of the business.


Human Resources Business Partner, Eindhoven, Noord Brabant, Netherlands


Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner role include:

  • Partnering with leaders in the global team to identify business needs aligned with organisation plans 
  • Align with people processes, to translate strategic objectives into actions
  • Implement global employment guidelines and people and culture processes
  • Understand the business priorities and translate them into the people agenda
  • Manage the performance review and talent succession process
  • Manage employee and labor relations
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of key people processes

Experience required:

  • 5–7+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partnering role is essential
  • Master's degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources or related fields
  • Good knowledge of labor law and practices of the Netherlands and UK
  • Good knowledge of supply chain sector
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in Dutch (written and oral)
