Operations Director

Job Description

Our client, a global leisure company, is looking for a strong Operations Director to join the team.

Reporting to the CEO, as the Operations Director, you’ll manage teams within Belgium and the Netherlands.

Operations Director - Eindhoven, Noord Brabant, Netherlands

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, a self-starter and someone who has strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Operations Director:

• Direct management of Belgium and Netherlands Country Managers
• Liaise with team management of a large external client
• Ensure the quality of service: accountability and profitability of the sessions of the company’s activities
• Act as the main contact on site for suppliers
• Full management of invoicing for relevant countries
• Contribute to annual budget with the Finance team and the Head of Management
• Management of recruitment, training and payroll elements
• Manage KPI monitoring revenue, EBITDA, workforce, quality of material, safety issues
• Implement, monitor and follow the KPI for this area
• Provide innovative, scalable solutions to improve business objectives
• Monitor of potential external growth opportunities
• Develop the new B2B activity in the future

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably within leisure or the entertainment industry
• Accurate and critical, quality-oriented, and have good communication and analytical skills
