An Employer Branding and Attraction role with our international client that truly offers the opportunity for creative, innovative and outside the box thinking! 

 

Leading a team of Employer Branding and Talent Attraction specialists, you will develop tailored campaign strategies that meet the diverse hiring needs of the European region, positioning the business as an employer of choice and ensuring effective talent pipelines are created that help the business recruit top talent.

 

Employer Branding and Attraction Manager, Amsterdam, Noord Holland, Netherlands

 

Responsibilities of the Employer Branding and Attraction Manager:

 

  • Lead the Employer Branding & Attraction function, developing an empowered, high performing team
  • Bring ideas and innovation, creating strategies that are impactful and unique
  • Ensure effective execution of Employer Branding & Attraction strategy across the European region
  • Translate the Employer Value Proposition into authentic and engaging content that speaks to a diverse audience
  • Ensure consistent tone of voice throughout all candidate facing communication
  • Set and oversee content strategy for external facing recruitment platforms to improve the candidate experience
  • Manage vendor relationships with external branding agencies and hold budget responsibility for spend in this area
  • Create targeted sourcing strategies that support a proactive approach to Talent Attraction
  • Provide Talent Scouts with guidance on campaign activation, talent pipelines and management of talent communities
  • Evaluate effectiveness of strategy through campaign performance analytics and digital tracking methodologies

 

 

Experience required:

  • Significant experience working within Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or a digital agency 
  • Track record of developing impactful, data-driven marketing strategies across Talent Acquisition
  • Creative, outside the box thinker
  • Experience of managing attraction technology i.e. CRMs, careers sites, branding toolkit
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
