Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working alongside our international not-for-profit client in its search for an Interim Accounts Payable and Treasury Assistant.

 

Our client is looking to onboard the Accounts Payable and Treasury Assistant on a fully remote basis, with a flexible part or full-time contract.

 

Interim Accounts Payable and Treasury Assistant – Part or Full-Time - Netherlands - Remote

 

As the Accounts Payable and Treasury Assistant, you will be working within the Financial Administration department, directly reporting to the Financial Manager.

 

Responsibilities of the AP and Treasury Assistant

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • AP responsibilities
  • Checking and entering purchase invoices
  • Payments, billing and refunds
  • Prepare, review and processing vendors
  • Main point of contact for vendor communications
  • Conforming with local VAT rules
  • Reviewing expense reports
  • Prepare and input payments in bank portal and NetSuite

 

Experience required

 

  • Bachelor’s Accounting qualification in Finance/Economics or relevant area
  • Previous experience working within a similar Financial Accounting role
  • Accurate, good analytical skills (preferably NetSuite)
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
