Job Description

Our client, a global leader within the engineering field, is seeking to appoint a Financial Operations Administrator at its headquarters in Rotterdam.           


This is a newly created position with the opportunity to support with process improvement. The business has ambitious growth plans, creating an ideal opportunity to develop your career.


Financial Operations Administrator, Rotterdam, Netherlands


This role will initially be offered on a 6-month fixed term contract with the opportunity for it to be converted into a permanent position.


These innovative growth plans are focussed around long-term sustainability.


Key responsibilities of the Financial Operations Administrator:

  • Processing a high volume of incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Ensure invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients based in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Performing checks included in the internal control program


Experience required:

  • 2+ years’ experience within Finance
  • Fluency in English and Dutch required
  • Educated to an MBO level or higher
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with SAP
  • Great communication skills and a can-do mentality
