Our client, located in Rotterdam, is a global leader in their field. They are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join them as Controller Group Reporting.

Working in the Group Reporting team of our multi-national client’s Finance function in Rotterdam, the Controller Group Reporting will take responsibility for report preparation for both external stakeholders and management.


With a thorough understanding of Reporting processes on the system, you will execute the Group Accounting activities, have involvement in the Consolidation process and carry out important analysis.


Responsibilities of the Controller Group Reporting:


  • Preparation of monthly Consolidation processes (in accordance with IFRS)
  • Preparation of Management Reporting and analysis; improving control of activities
  • Review and approval of companies in Hyperion
  • Financial statement preparation (for Group and standalone)
  • Responsibility for Accounting papers for auditors, management and the board
  • Interaction with internal and external auditors


Ideal profile:


  • Chartered Accountant with minimum 2-4 years’ experience; Big 4 experience beneficial
  • Prior practical knowledge of IFRS essential
  • Driven for continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and proactive approach; good team player
  • Fluency in English language (spoken and written)
