EMEA Recruitment is exclusively partnering with an international organisation, who are on a journey of transformation and modernisation, to recruit a Leadership Development Manager based at their Group Headquarters near Utrecht.

The Leadership Development Manager will be responsible for co-leading the execution of the leadership development strategy that builds capabilities to support the business’ vision.

You will drive organisation wide talent programmes, specifically focused on the leadership and future leadership population in the business and ensure performance gaps are identified and the right solutions are prioritized.

Responsibilities of Leadership Development Manager include:

• Partnering with the talent teams in the divisions to assess leadership development needs
• Manage a portfolio of learning interventions specifically for the senior leadership group
• Facilitate engaging sessions in person and virtually, effectively managing group dynamics
• Manage relationships with external partners in leadership development space
• Evaluate effectiveness of programmes the to ensure strong ROI

Experience required:

• Leadership development experience gained in a medium – large international business
• Confident in all aspects of the learning cycle
• Able to design and facilitate workshops related to soft skills, culture and leadership
• Strong collaborator and great communicator
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at most senior level in the business
