EMEA Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a transforming international business based near Utrecht as they look to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their Group Talent function.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will operate as a centre of expertise for the business, setting the TA strategy for the group and ensuring it is executed effectively through the TA teams in the different regions.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Manager include:

• Devise and develop the employer branding strategy for the group
• Work closely with senior colleagues to develop Employee Value Proposition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for executive roles
• Define an approach to encourage and promote internal mobility
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and use of technology and data

Experience Required:

• Experience in designing and implementing employer branding plans
• Good command of metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecasts and recruiting capacity
• Previous executive recruitment experience is preferred
• Strong advocate for more inclusive approaches to hiring
