Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading consultancy organisation in its search for a Talent Acquisition Partner, as it looks to build a new TA team to assist with its ambitious expansion plans.


As a key member of this team, you will partner with business leads to truly understand the growth plans for their functions and devise recruitment strategies to attract the best talent in the market.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner include:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior level roles
  • Proactively headhunt from passive candidate talent pools
  • Build talent pipeline for future roles
  • Work with Marketing function to develop recruitment campaigns and organise recruitment events


Experience required:


  • Previous experience in a recruitment role (agency or corporate)
  • Knowledge of recruiting IT profiles is an advantage
  • Strong talent sourcing skills
  • Great at networking and maintaining relationships
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
