EMEA Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a growing consultancy business, who are leaders in their field, as they look to build a new TA team to support with their growth plans.


As a key member of this team, you will manage a portfolio of junior–mid level vacancies and will lead the end-to-end recruitment process.

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Exclusive, Utrecht, Netherlands


Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist include:


  • Work with hiring managers to fully understand vacancy requirements
  • Use a range of recruitment tools to proactively source and headhunt relevant talent
  • Conduct initial first stage screenings to assess suitability
  • Present recommended candidates to hiring managers
  • Handling candidate feedback process and offer management
  • Contribute to employer branding by developing recruitment campaigns and attending a range of events


Experience required:


  • Previous experience in a recruitment role (agency or corporate)
  • Knowledge of recruiting IT profiles is an advantage
  • Strong talent sourcing skills
  • Able to work well with a range of stakeholders
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
