Job Description

Our client, who is an industry leader in its field, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources leadership team.

You will be responsible for supporting the people strategy, implementing policies and procedures to help the organisation meet business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the HR delivery and partnering with stakeholders to deliver their people strategy.

Responsible for the full hire to retire, employee lifecycle, you will also support and coach employees, managers and senior leaders within the business.


Senior HR Business Partner, Remote/Hybrid working


Some key responsibilities for the Senior HR Business Partner:

  • Overall responsibility and implementation of all core HR processes
  • Manage full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compensation cycle
  • Create a positive candidate experience with an effective recruitment process
  • Implement an effective talent programme to develop and retain employees and encourage skills transfer, as well as coaching and developing leadership teams
  • Build an inclusive and diverse workplace for employees to succeed
  • Assisting with the employee relations and engagement plan


The ideal Senior HR Business Partner candidate will have:

  • Previous HR experience, preferably global experience in difference markets
  • 10+ years’ experience in HR-related roles
  • Knowledge of Swiss labour laws
  • Fluent English language
  • Degree or certificate in HR is an advantage
