Senior Commercial Finance Analyst- Exclusive

Our client is a mid-size consumer goods company.

They are currently looking to hire a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst.

The role is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid working model.

Some of your essential duties and responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Finance Analyst will include:

• Keep control over global expense budget
• Coordinate and report forecast updates
• Maintain timely and accurate financial reporting
• Ensure actuals tracking consistency of BI reporting vs company forecast systems
• Provide input for billing of expenses
• Work closely with non-finance business partners
• Lead processes improvements initiatives in finance
• Develop BI dashboard
• Support savings projects

In order to fulfill the requirements of the position, it is envisaged the candidate should have the following skill set and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or similar
• Proven experience in a similar role gained in multi-national environment
• Experience with forecast, closing processes and reporting
• Accounting expertise to manage closing and day-to-day tasks
• A self-starter with ability to take initiative
• Sense of responsibility for own workload
• Strong collaboration skills, a real team player
• Problem solving and critical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
