Job Description

Our client, a mid-size consumer goods company, is currently looking for an IT HR Business Analyst.

The business is currently looking to hire an IT HR Business Analyst, who will be a part of a global IT HR team and will play an active part in an on-going group-wide HR transformation.

The role can be based in Spain or other European locations (Rome, Geneva, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Warsaw) and offers a hybrid working model.

 

IT HR Business Analyst – Exclusive, Barcelona, Spain

 

Some of the essential duties of the IT HR Business Analyst will include (not limited to):

  • Document business requirements and (non-) functional specifications
  • Visualize proposed solutions through process flows and data models
  • Collaborate with technical experts, business stakeholders and third parties to align on desired outcomes
  • Strive for the right quality, user experience and end user value
  • Ensure the effective prioritization of requests and needs, as well as issue resolution
  • Stay current on and research new technologies to automate and modernize systems
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and users

 

In order to fulfil the requirements of the position, it is envisaged the candidate should have the following skillset and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR Process Analysis experience
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms (ideally Oracle HCM)
  • A self-starter with ability to take initiative
  • Sense of ownership for workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong collaboration skills, a real team player
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
