Accounting and Controlling Process Expert (Record to Report RtoR)

My client, a global manufacturing business headquartered in Switzerland, is looking to appoint a Record to Report RtoR Process Expert. 

They are going through a major systems implementation moving to SAP S/4 HANA, and have recently completed the design phase of the project and moving to implementation.

You will have experience ideally both in Accounting and Controlling, with a particular interest in process development and systems.

The company has a strong focus on employee satisfaction, operating a flat structure so employees are able to have significant interaction with senior management.

Accounting and Controlling Process Expert (Record to Report RtoR), Aargau, Switzerland

As the Accounting and Controlling Process Expert, your role will include:

• Process expert for all Accounting and Controlling processes in the SAP FI/CO module
• Responsibility for the RtoR implementation and roll out, including data migration, testing and employee training
• Work closely with IT teams and external advisors to continue to refine the design and support business requirements
• Work closely with other process owners
• Update project deliverables
• Involvement in workshops, training and other related events

Skills required:

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience within Accounting and Controlling
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO, experience working with SAP S/4 HANA would be desirable though not essential
• Prior experience in process definition and documentation
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• An affinity for systems
• An ability to work in an ambiguous environment
• Fluency in English - German would be beneficial, but not essential
