Job Description

My client, a large global blue chip company within specialist B2B industrial manufacturing, seeks a Global Process Excellence Lead – CRM & Sales Tools.

 

As Global Process Excellence Lead – CRM & Sales Tools, you will be responsible for defining the landscape of digital sales and marketing processes, and establishing best practice in deployment of new and existing digitalisation strategies to optimise customer and user experience, and drive the performance and delivery of the global Sales and Marketing teams.

My client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales and/or Marketing professional to undertake an exciting process transformation, analysing, improving and introducing new digital tools and processes to drive efficiencies and performance across the global Sales teams.

 

It is essential for this role that you have a solid understanding of sales processes, ideally from a multi-national or global scale.

 

You will work closely with both the wider Commercial teams, including colleagues within Sales, Marketing, IT and Business Operations, plus external partners, to achieve optimal system structure, system capabilities, business process integration, customer experience and user functionality.

 

The successful candidate will therefore be an excellent communicator, with the ability to positively engage multi-cultural teams, and understand and translate requirements from various levels, units and geographical locations within the business. Experience of working in a Projects team or internally-focused Business or Process Excellence team would be highly advantageous, as would experience in a complex matrix environment.

This is a senior position within the global structure. You will act as the “Product Owner” for the entire Commercial Digital Framework globally. This will include understanding the requirements of international users and producing business cases and reports to C level stakeholders. You will need to be a self-assured and clear communicator that has a strong holistic understanding of the whole commercial business from customer experience, through to Sales team requirements and wider sales and operational strategy at a local, regional and global level.

  

We are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

  • Educated to degree or equivalent level
  • Proven Sales and/or Marketing achievements, ideally within an international B2B environment
  • We would also welcome applicants from a consultancy or sales process excellence background who can demonstrate clear success within sales digitalisation projects
  • Experience or knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of additional Sales and Marketing tools, such as campaigns journeys, CX and omnichannel programs
  • Strong data analysis skills, with ability to drive actionable conclusions from extensive data sets
  • High level of PC literacy, able to organise, plan and innovate – especially strong skills within CRM and CX digital tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Highly driven and sales motivated, with a flair for process design or improvement
