Our client, within the luxury hospitality industry, is looking for a Director of Recruitment to join their headquarters in Basel.
You will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and implementing processes across the organisation. As the Director of Recruitment you will partner with other areas of the business to define employee branding strategies and maintain a successful position in the market.
Reporting into the VP of Recruitment and Development, you will be part of the leadership team to drive their agenda forward and implement a successful recruitment strategy for continued growth and success.

Main Responsibilities of the Director of Recruitment:
- Partner with the business to understand current and future recruitment needs
- Develop strategies to attract top talent for a range of positions
- Drive improvements in attraction and selection to increase diversity in the hiring process
- Advise managers on assessment techniques that drive the quality of new hires
- Raise employer brand through effective use of social media platforms
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Be responsible for creating measurable KPI’s based on methods implemented
- You will travel to various locations and to support high volume recruitment programmes
Ideal candidate experience:
- Previous experience of creating and implementing robust recruitment strategies for business success
- Great communicator and confident working with senior leaders
- Proactive approach and enjoys a high degree of autonomy
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems
- Fluent in English, and any other language is desirable
