The successful candidate will manage and drive the execution of the business’ strategic projects portfolio, ensuring that projects are completed on time, to the correct standard, with the involvement of the right stakeholders, and within budget.

Our client is seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of strategic project management, and be able to translate customer and stakeholder needs into project design and action plans.

The candidate should also have a strong internal and external customer and service orientation, with a hands-on mentality.

As a Senior Strategy Manager, your role will include:

• Setting up governance models
• Defining project scopes and objectives
• Managing project teams to achieve the desired results
• Managing resources and tracking project progress
• Ensuring risk management and mitigation activities are carried out effectively

The ideal candidate will have:

• University degree in Business Administration or Engineering (a master’s degree in Business Administration or MBA would be an asset)
• 4-6 years’ experience in management consulting, preferably in a B2B industrial context - experience working in an in-house role would also be desirable, but not essential
• Strong project management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365
• Strong leadership and social skills
