Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Specialist Strategic Projects to join our industrial manufacturing client in the Basel area.

As a Specialist Strategic Projects, you will play a crucial role in implementing, designing, planning, monitoring and facilitating strategic projects, under the guidance of the leadership team.

Your focus will be to assist the Strategic Projects Manager on all aspects of assigned projects, provide project analytical and operational support, actively contribute to strategic projects, and create and maintain project plans and timelines.

Key skills:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in assisting and executing project management activities

• Excellent knowledge of project management, collaboration tools and MS Office 365

• Strong influencing skills, emotional intelligence and project team support

• Strong communication skills, and ability to translate customers’ and stakeholders' needs into project design and action plan

• A university degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering discipline

• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) - German would be an asset, though not essential

• Willingness to travel up to 30%
