Job Description
Our global client, a market leader in its industry, is currently looking for a HRIS Business Analyst to join its international team on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract, based in Basel, Switzerland.
Working with a growing life sciences business in this role as HRIS Business Analyst, you will be supporting the Identity Access Management project. This is a significantly expanding life sciences business, with a strong pipeline of products offering life-saving treatment to patients.

Key responsibilities of the HRIS Business Analyst include:
- Assist with the development and implementation of the HRIS strategy to ensure HRIS activities support the business strategy and objectives
- Collaborate and work closely with key stakeholders (IT, HR, Business Units)
- Optimise and continually improve the system to enable greater efficiency
- Act as subject matter expert, sparring partner to the global process owner for systems aspects, such as job grading, drive improvements to global HR processes
- Manage and develop future implementation of HRIS solutions, ensuring all interface and configurations are working efficiently and effectively
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous experience working within an HRIS role, ideally with knowledge of Workday HCM
- Previous project management experience
- Experience in analytics, reporting and HR processes
- Understanding the business needs and improving processes
- Fluent in English
