Business Operations Analyst

Job Description

My client, a multi-billion-dollar international business, is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join its global head office in Basel.

You will support the VP and Director of Operations managing analytical projects focused on business operations. This will include providing analytical insights and executive presentations to support the ongoing strategy development within business operations.

We are looking for candidates with a good foundation within business consultancy. We would welcome candidates that have a broad exposure to consultancy work across different sectors but are open to candidates that have worked within in house business analytics functions also.

It is important that you are a strong communicator and self-assured speaking to various stakeholders to gather and validate data. You will also be skilled in presenting reports, solutions and strategy up to a C-suite level.

The key quality we require is the ability to identify and analyse information to give strategic/commercial advantage.

We are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience within a business consultancy – preferably a leading global consultancy firm
• Very strong PC literacy, experience of MySQL, Microsoft Office & PowerBi
• Fluent English is essential, fluent German is beneficial
