Business Consultant - Commercial Concepts

My client, a multi-billion dollar international services business, is looking for a Business Consultant – Commercial Concepts to join its global head office in Basel.

You will manage the vision and concept for services and service delivery within a consumer services environment. You will manage analytical and strategic projects focused on developing business operations and customer experience creating the vision and strategy of new customer offerings.

We are looking for candidates with commercial exposure within the consumer services area – within this candidates from a direct B2C retail, hospitality, travel & tourism or leisure industries.

We would welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds that have impacted business concepts; this may include consultancy, general management, product managers, commercial and marketing professionals or anyone involved in commercial strategy for new product/services launch.

It is important that you are a strong communicator and feel confident speaking to various stakeholders to gather and validate data. You will also be confident in presenting reports, solutions and strategy to a C-suite level.

The key quality we require is the ability to build profitable and customer-centric service offerings.

We are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

• Ideally 4+ years’ experience within Commercial Management focused on new product/services launch
• Strong PC literacy, knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Office or Power BI would be advantageous
• Fluent English is essential, other languages are beneficial
