My client, a large global business in the services sector, seeks a Buyer Raw Ingredients.

As a Buyer Raw Ingredients, you will be responsible for assisting supply of high quality fresh meat and seafood for a variety of the business’ restaurants globally.

Buyer Raw Ingredients – Exclusive, Basel, Switzerland.

My client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced food buyer to expand their horizons in a truly global role, strategically managing the supply of quality ingredients for multiple locations.

The successful candidate will have a passion for the food industry, with strong sourcing and supplier negotiation skills to secure large contracts.

We are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

• Ideally 3+ years within Procurement or working in the restaurant sector
• Experience of dealing directly with suppliers – confident in sourcing, negotiating and managing supplier delivery
• Essential that you have sourced high quality raw ingredients, including meat or seafood
• Fluent English is essential - other languages are beneficial
