Job Description

Our global client, an industry leader, is currently looking for a German speaking HR Generalist to join its HR team in Murten.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for the HR delivery and partnering with stakeholders to deliver their people strategy.


German speaking HR Generalist - Murten, Bern, Switzerland


Responsible for the full hire to retire employee lifecycle, you will also challenge and influence employees, managers and senior leaders within the business.


This is a newly created role, where you will work on international projects, as well as implementing processes.

Some key duties of the Junior HR Business Partner:

  • Overall responsibility and implementation of all core HR processes
  • Manage full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compensation cycle
  • Create a positive candidate experience with an effective recruitment process
  • Implement an effective talent programme to develop and retain employees and encourage skills transfer
  • Build an inclusive and diverse workplace for employees to succeed
  • Assisting with the employee relations and engagement plan

The ideal Junior HR Business Partner candidate will have:

  • Previous HR experience at a generalist level (5 years+)
  • Knowledge of Swiss labour laws
  • Fluent German and English language
  • Degree or certificate in HR is an advantage
