Job Description

Our client, a global leader headquartered in Geneva, is looking for a Change Management & Transformation Lead to support its Global Transformation programme.

 

This is a newly created role, working in the Change Management and Communications team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to drive the Transformation programme forward, and to achieve a successful outcome, applying processes and tools to each business unit.

 

You will be the expert to guide, advise and assist the business, ensuing all the employees and managers are on board with the transformation and deliver the programme successfully.

 

Change Management & Transformation Lead, Geneva, Switzerland

 

Responsibilities of the Change Management & Transformation Lead:

  • Implementation of change management activities, including internal controls
  • Share principles, advice, support and coaching to employees
  • Prepare and implement processes, along with the change management strategy, to ensure the delivery meets the business outcomes in line with business objects for the project
  • Work with global stakeholders to ensure the project is adopted and, in turn, improve process excellence
  • Parenting with the business, you will coach and lead senior stakeholders to ensure they understand the reason for the project, ensuring best practice is applied
  • Reduce risk and implement mitigation strategies
  • Assist with the roll-out of technology with internal training teams to ensure end user adoption
  • Produce presentations for steering committees

 

Personal specification:

  • Proven experience in Change Management or Transformation roles, ideally within Finance (5+ years)
  • Proven experience implementing end-to-end processes, ideally in technology
  • Ability to understand different stakeholders’ requirements and bring them together within the change management programme
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, influencing, coaching and advising
  • Proven stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English and French, Spanish or Portuguese
