Job Description

Our client, a global leader headquartered in Geneva, is looking for an HR Process Specialist to support its global HR transformation programme. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.


This is a newly created role, working in the HR Transformation team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, create and implement HR policies, procedures and standard operating models, in line with the HR Transformation programme.

Duties of the HR Process Specialist:

  • Design, create and draft HR polices in line with business requirements
  • Create policy templates and process maps that meet standard operating models
  • Link newly created policies and procedures to local payroll providers, ensuring they meet local country requirements in line with the HR Transformation objectives
  • Build partnerships with various stakeholders in the HR Transformation team and in the local countries
  • Gather feedback and ensure any changes or recommendations for process changes are updated and rolled out


The ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 years in a similar role or experience in creating HR and payroll processes
  • Proven experience of stakeholder management in HR transformation roles
  • Degree or similar qualification in HR
  • Understanding of Oracle implementation would be advantageous
