Job Description

On behalf of our multi-national client, we are seeking a Group Treasury Analyst to join a growing team, central to an overall Finance transformation.

 

With an initial focus on cash, the role will be involved in the full Treasury suite. It therefore represents an excellent opportunity for someone whose career goals include an exposure to a broad variety of responsibilities at the strategic level.

 

The main duties of the Group Treasury Analyst are:

 

  • Managing repatriation process via dividends and loans, cash concentration to headquarters while working with local entities and Tax function to ensure compliance
  • Ongoing cash management project
  • Cash availability, group bank relationships, local banking facilities – reporting
  • New bank accounts – working on approval with local entities, onboarding via SWIFT
  • TMS management – alignment with the accounting system, integration of newly-acquired companies
  • Monthly reporting – intercompany, full responsibility for monthly statements, recording movements on TMS for the benefit of all users
  • Reporting – managing bank arrangements and external debt facilities, recording within TMS with FX deals and deposits, confirmation of interest calculations with facility agents and managing approval process internally
  • Daily management of intercompany loans, new transactions, bank fees, external loans, interest and rollovers
  • Compliance/internal controls

The main skills required for the Group Treasury Analyst role are:

 

  • Cash management operations experience
  • Experience of working with a TMS (Kyriba an advantage)
  • General Treasury exposure – forecasting, banking management, FX, M&A integrations, reporting
  • The ability to deliver – change, projects
  • Strong communications skills, good team ethic
  • Strong educational background (MCT qualification or studies an advantage), and an interest in Learning & Development
  • English language (French a strong advantage)
